About Glenalmond Contracts
Glenalmond Contracts is a family owned and operated business, based in Perth and Dalkeith. The company was started in 1998 by Iain Stewart, and his son Campbell Stewart.
Iain Stewart has been in the construction industry for over 45 years, and is a qualified tradesman. Campbell Stewart has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, and has CGLI qualifications in concrete technology, having experience in every discipline for one of the country's largest ready mixed concrete suppliers.
Safety, quality and customer satisfaction are our main drivers. We recognise the importance of scheduling of our service in any contract, as floor screeding is usually on the critical path of any development. We have the plant, equipment, and staff available to carry out multiple installations daily, and pride ourselves on our commitment to installation and completion dates.
Glenalmond Contracts predominately install factory produced flowing floor screeds, as these products offer consistent composition, workability and strength.
In January 2011 Glenalmond Contracts became only the third company in Scotland to hold an Isocrete K screed licence. This innovative, quality screed is a highly specified and sought after product, and we are delighted to add it to our range of products.
