Managing Director
Campbell Stuart
Campbell joined Glenalmond Contracts in 2001, having previously held key roles in Production, Technical and Sales at Readymix Concrete. As Managing Director of both Glenalmond Contracts and Scotscreed, Campbell ensures both companies are at the leading edge of their industries, developing and overseeing the plans and strategies to maintain the levels of growth and success expected.
Campbell has a wealth of experience from his previous senior management and technical roles at RMC, a former concrete business. He co-founded Glenalmond in 1998 with his father, Iain, and Scotscreed in 2017. As Managing Director of both companies, Campbell establishes a clear vision and strategy, positioning them to embrace advancements and changes in the industry. He remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring both businesses thrive.
Outside of work Campbell enjoys spending time with his Wife Vicky, as well as cycling the countryside on his bike. He’s become fairly well know over in the West Coast as “the man on the bike who cycles everywhere”

Operations Manager
Rory Grant
Rory joined Glenalmond in 2024, with the particular task of making the business more efficient and streamlined. With over 25 years of experience in construction and business management, he is well prepared for the task. His wealth of expertise makes him an ideal leader for overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Working closely with Campbell and Stuart, Rory ensures the company is strategically positioned for growth, while remaining agile and prepared for future industry advancements. His diverse background and leadership style empower the team, driving the company's success as it adapts to the evolving market and continues to meet its ambitious goals.

Outside of work, Rory enjoys spending time with his family. He particularly enjoys following both his local football team as well as his daughters team, who he says have the better results.

Commercial Manager
Stuart Duncan
Having also worked at Readymix Concrete, Stuart joined Glenalmond Contracts in 2006. Stuart is tasked with overseeing the operational implementation of the Managing Directors plans and visions, with responsibility for Estimating and Sales, as well as organising the company’s activities on a daily basis. Stuart also takes an active role in the transport and production sides of the business at both Glenalmond Contracts and Scotscreed.

Stuart joined the business in 2006 to lead the commercial team and brings extensive industry experience, having previously worked with RMC. His years in the field have made him highly commercially aware and driven. Colleagues often praise Stuart's calm demeanour, considering it one of his greatest strengths. This quality contributes significantly to the team's strong performance and collaborative spirit.

When not at work Stuart enjoys socializing with family and friends, as well as enjoying a well-earned pint from time to time.

Business Development Manager
Kim McMurray
Kim joined Glenalmond Contracts In 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience gained over two decades in a strong commercial background. Her career has been marked by notable achievements, most recently with a major leading UK business, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships.
At Glenalmond Contracts, Kim's primary focus will be on developing and strengthening relationships with both new and existing clients. She aims to expand the company’s presence within the industry and position Glenalmond as a market leader by showcasing its unique capabilities and achievements.

Kim is enthusiastic about her role and the opportunity to contribute to Glenalmond's future growth. Her extensive experience makes her well equipped to identify and capitalize on opportunities that align with the company’s goals. By fostering meaningful collaborations and promoting the company’s innovative approaches, Kim is determined to make a significant impact on sales, reputation, and long-term success.
Away from work, Kim Is a busy mum and taxi service to her children. Kim loves the outdoors and the opportunity to spend time with her favourite family member, Chip their dog.

Charlie Tough
Charlie joined the team from A Proctor Group in 2007, where he had built up 15 years sales experience in specialist building products. A former Blackwatch soldier, Charlie’s expertise in sound deadening products has allowed Glenalmond Contracts to offer expert advice on insulated and acoustic floors, as well as insulation and screeds in general.

Out with work you will most likely find Charlie on the shooting range. A keen shooter, but also spends much of his time teaching and educating in his local community.

Key Accounts Manager
Tom Gribben
Tom re-joined the Team in 2012 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across both screeding and underfloor heating. Looking after several key clients, Tom is also involved in the company’s activities in Health and Safety and Sales and Marketing.
Tom joined the team in 2012, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in both screeding and underfloor heating. He manages the client relations for some of our larger contracts, which he has done so for a considerable length of time. Tom also plays a key role in the company’s sales and marketing activities.
Tom when away from the office enjoys weekend trips away, especially opportunities of attending concerts and events.
